I have definitely become more comfortable with the luxurious side of air travel in my later years. With greater business power comes greater business responsibility as well as a myriad of business class seats and lounge access. As a result, I started carrying a proper dopp kit, adopted the sports coat travel habit and shed my magazine browsing pass time for a proper cocktail at the airport bar as long as it’s after 11am, I am not an animal. Whether with a companion or not, those pre-flight sips have a way of charming me turning a compulsory trip into a bibulous gastronomic adventure.
