An SF friend I have not caught up with in a while is my buddy Andrew. Sharing a love for all things tasty, pretty and new, he took the liberty of making a reservation for us at Wexler’s. Wexler’s is the new upscale BBQ spot in downtown San Francisco. I am going to let the pictures and food descriptions anchor this post but before I do I just want touch on two things.
First, Andrew and I always have great meals together because we never let our conversation distract us from the food we are sharing. Amongst the marketing, NYC, music and myriad of other topics, we pause often to mention how delicious, tender or interesting the things we are eating are. This is a quality I admire immensely. Second, during this meal we knocked off a cocktail each and a bottle of wine. Now to the food in the order it was served and ingested.
