No, not the movie Twilight but the twilight when the sun goes down. AKA, we went for the early bird special. However, we did fray from the special and got a few extra appetizers that I think was the best part of the meal, personally. It was the first family meal since I have been back from the ship. Only the southerner was missing. Who happens to be a huge fan of the movie twilight. See how everything is intertwined.
Mom picked out The Ivy Cottage for dinner. During the pre-dinner conversation Jay was giving Mom some flack for the selection. He was not to thrilled. Jay you may want to chime in here and give your two cents. I think the rest of the family had no reservations and we had a good meal. Those that ordered the Twilight special got a salad, entree and dessert. The best thing we ordered were the appetizers, not on the Twilight. Above you will see the Jumbo Lump Crabmeat Napoleon. It was delicious and I couldn’t stop eating it. We also ordered the gnocchi appetizer that was just as good. For the rest of the dinners we got a stuffed pork chop, veal, chicken, sole and pot roast.
I wonder what the southerner would have ordered.
