I was back in Chicago last week to speak at the Word of Mouth Marketing Conference. While I was there I got to sneak away to taste some great food at Avec. Avec is one of three restaurants in a mini empire that has developed in the South loop of Chicago. I’m not sure who owns them, who cooks at them or who is ultimately in charge, but I do know that they turn out some tasty dishes while surrounded by great design. I am going to let the food do the talking here. If you are in Chicago, get to Avec.
