I’ve seen my share of Italian cakes and Pompeiian lemons. Maybe that’s why these papers jumped out at me. Call it a reprieve or an intrigue. The beauty of Rossi 1931 Papers are unmatchable. The metallic gold used to rim some of the cakes is an incredible detail. the texture of the lemons and the leaves pushes you to reach in and attempt to grab one. Once these beautiful 20 X 25 sheets are in your possession it’s up to you what you do with them. Framing them is certainly an option for these wall worthy beauties. I prefer to double treat with things like this. Now I just have to find the perfect, deserving gift to be wrapped with such works of art.

Extra Large Pizza Pie T-Shirt
You love 🍕. Your family loves 🍕. Your best friend loves 🍕. Yet none of you have an Extra Large Pizza Pie T-Shirt yet. You’re now wondering, “Why don’t I have one and how do I fix it.” We have an answer in an easily clickable black button below but before we get there, let’s talk design. Many pizza T-shirts are junked up with puns or funny sayings that get old by about the third wearing. You don’t need a shirt that references a 90’s rap star (slice slice baby) or one that states the obvious (I like pizza and maybe like 3 people). Other designs showcase a gooey, dripping slice or round pie. This we can get behind but it’s, as we used to say in the ad biz, too on the nose for an every week wear. Our pizza shirt, yet bold, has a classic, simplistic expression of this beloved and universal delicacy. We personnally love it because it’s the best street food of all time and our home town’s food icon. Regardless of your connection to this treat, and we know you have one, this soft, comfy Tee comes in a myriad of colors so you can dial up or down your boldness in statement. Makes a great gift for the slice junky in your circle and, if that’s you, well treat yourself. Think of it like a couple extra toppings on that next corner shop slice.
Burger Locket Pendant
Good food is like gold to us. When we happened upon GoldieRox’s mash-up of these two coveted items we knew we had to share. Roxanne Rajcoomar, as she’s more formally know in the world of precious gems, made a move few people have the guts and self-awareness to call their life. After reaching the 1% in the precious jewels knowledge game, she jumped ship to feed her soul. That food just happened to be food. It’s no wonder the output from her world eating tour, getting back to her love of food, netted this Burger Locket Pendant and an equally awesome French Fry necklace. I think her old job and refound love make quite the happy meal. Judging by the package from the UK on my coffee table @MissusTasty feels the same.
Hot Diggity Posters by Hawk Krall
We first learned about Hawk Krall and his illustrations on a trip to Philly. We popped into Hot Diggity, a South St. Hot Dog joint, and the menu was a set up 15+ visual masterpieces. The walls at Hot Diggity are embellished with Hawk’s unique designs. Besides listing the ingredients and displaying the hotdog, he peppers in specifics about the cities the Frank’s are named after creating art so interesting that they sell prints of the menu. Hawk’s gone on to illustrate lots more food things. From festivals to T-Shirts to MORE menus, his unique hand preemptively conveys the food fun your about to have.
Hadron Epoch Veggie Notes
The Renegade-avocado hits keep on coming. This time from LA designer, Hadron Epoch. We love their stationary and we LOVE their notebooks even more. Although we don’t really love the way they articulated their evolution. “Our goal is to create a sense of lifestyle for everyday adventurers who are inspired to look outside of their comfort zone for the best experiences in life.” We’re huge experience people. Adventure is our middle name. Comfort zones are for wimps, we agree. But, we yearned for a little more substance in those words. It did come in their craft so maybe we should just shut up and write in these beautifully bound, paper perfect, journals.
