Grilled Masala Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp degi merch Calcutta chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cut cauliflower into medium florets
  • Boil for 6-10 minutes until just tender
  • Drain and dry
  • Coat in olive oil
  • Dust with spices and mix thoroghly
  • Place flowets on hot grill, flipping until they beging to char
  • Plate. Finish with chopped cilantro, a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
