Breakfast the second day was good. We walked a little away from downtown on St. Jean Street. We stepped outside the walls of the fortress to explore what else this city had to offer. The walls of the fortress surround downtown Quebec. There were more shops and restaurants; many of them were crepe brunch places.

Kelsey and I wanted to take it easy tonight with dinner and found this nice little outside restaurant called Bistro Sous Le Fort. We ordered an appetizer, main and desert and shared it. Our waiter was a funny guy and kept us on our toes all night. There was a party going on at the apartment across the street from the restaurant. They were hanging out the windows singing American 80’s music. Sounded like a cool party…

It was a holiday weekend and I headed up to Quebec City to meet Kelsey for 3 days. The Eurodam had a rare double over night and we took advantage. Quebec City is a fun little town with lots of restaurants, galleries, bars, clubs, a huge fort, and a lot of shopping.
