Anthony, Dinner, Eating out

Kelsey and I wanted to take it easy tonight with dinner and found this nice little outside restaurant called Bistro Sous Le Fort. We ordered an appetizer, main and desert and shared it. Our waiter was a funny guy and kept us on our toes all night. There was a party going on at the apartment across the street from the restaurant. They were hanging out the windows singing American 80’s music. Sounded like a cool party. The app we ordered was a melted brie with almonds on a piece of bread. It was delicious. Two of our friends from the ship just happened to be walking by and sat right next to us. They got the same app. For the main course we had a Calf sweetbreads in a mushroom sauce. We also had a rich chocolate cake for desert. Both were really good. I think this was the best restaurant we hit the entire weekend. We didn’t want to stuff ourselves because we were going to hit the clubs later on that night. Can’t dance on a full stomach.

In Quebec the temperature drops really fast at night so Bistro Sous Le Fort offers a blanket with dinner. We had to take advantage of this because it was pretty dam cold and it’s not every day you get offered dinner with a free blanket.
