I have been super excited about the rotisserie spit I bought for my grill. So excited that I put it to use during this past weekends REEL TASTY. I roasted a bone in leg of lamb. More on that when the recap of the night gets posted but I will say the meat was perfectly moist and pink. The true beauty of all this is how the leftovers from Saturdays dinner become my Monday lunch. MMM.
