Peach Arugula Salad
This meal is from 2 weeks ago. I was home for the first time in a while and I decided to whip up some dinner using the contents of my fridge and pantry. I augmented a bit with some fresh market items. As I was catching up on some posts I wanted to write today I realized I had not put up any home cooking in a while. I felt like I needed to show that I do indeed still eat at home despite all my posts where I am eating out.
