Ant heads back to the ship tomorrow so before he left we had one more throwdown. Ant has this crazy attachment to Burgers. In honor of that, we headed up to Big Nick”s for some classic greasy spooness. On the roster was Josh, Serena, Sarah, Athena, Seth and a fairly pregnant Tracy. Remembering BA. Or, at least trying to.

Argentina Industria

Ant and I decided to have a brothers meal before he headed back to the ship for 4 months. We chose Argentine food to hopefully reminisce about the trip to BA we had last year. The food was ok. We definitely were not in Recoletta. But we persevered through it. Like all good memories humans try and replicate them. So we didn’t really bother looking at the menu, we simple ordered our favorite, standards from our BA days hoping they would know what we are talking about. They did and to their credit they are an authentic crew. Most of them are from Argentina, which is definitely a plus…

Super Bowl 2009

Besides being the most watched sports day of the year in the US my parents wanted to come in for brunch. Normally I am all for this but being that I new I was going to eat mounds and mounds of food later, the idea of having a large brunch was off-putting to say the least. Of course I bucked up when the menus arrived(I also had at least one bloody Maria in me by then) and ordered the Lobster Benedict.
